All classes require pre-registration. Be mindful that some will require prerequisite classes.
Classes are held 5-7:30pm Tuesday evenings at $49 per person. Please register at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. Cooking is done in pairs and will cover 2-3 dishes.

At the beginning, Jacqui Wright starting teaching elementary school children in Bangkok how to cook as part of being an elementary school class teacher.
She started giving cooking classes to adults for the first time in 1986 in Wimbledon, London while doing outside catering in Raynes Park, Wimbledon, Tooting Beck, and Putney area West of London.
In 1991 the class moved to St. Helens, Merseyside UK at the Ruan Thai Restaurant (the first Authentic Thai restaurant in Merseyside and West Lancashire).
In 2000, the class moved to our beloved Richland, WA. In 2004, the class moved to Mezzo Thai off of Canal Drive. In 2009, the class moved to Mezzo Thai Tapas near Howard Amon Park. Classes are currently being held at Mezzo Thai Fusion off Gage Blvd.
